Usually, a Project-Manager evaluates his Team Members.
Shouldn’t be there an evaluation of the Project-Manager by his Team Members too ?

Most of the companies are lacking this Reverse Evaluation, which to me, is the root cause behind Employees frequently switching their Jobs to find Peace of Mind.
Usually, an Employee doesn’t quit his Company; but he quits his Boss.

Yes, there should also be an evaluation process of the Project Manager in order to keep the transparency alive. I believe this is the root cause of the issue, it’s exactly from where the issues begin and employees decide to switch their jobs. This evaluation process will definitely encourage the team members to perform better and share their ideas in a conducive environment.
